Health and wellness have always been a passion of mine. I’ve long believed that how we feel each day shapes how we live, lead, and love.
But that passion was shaped even more deeply through my role as a caregiver to my parents — now 95 and 89, and in good health for their age. Walking alongside them for over a decade through the natural seasons of aging changed me. It opened my eyes to how precious vitality truly is and how important it is to be proactive, intentional, and informed about our well-being.
Wellness was no longer just an interest — it became personal.
I wasn’t searching for trends. I was searching for support. For simplicity. For solutions that felt gentle, sustainable, and respectful of the body.
That journey is what led me to begin hosting health and wellness seminars and workshops, particularly for adults 55 and over. These gatherings are rooted in education, empowerment, and community. They focus on practical, meaningful steps that can support long-term well-being — in ways that truly fit your lifestyle.
