Soma Svay
Principal and Managing Director
Soma is a diverse business professional with a broad range of experience in Financial Services, Career and Talent Management and Staffing/Recruiting industries. She began her career at AIM Management (now Invesco) in the Accounting Department where she sharpened her organizational and budget planning skills. While there were lots of numbers to deal with, Soma liked the human interaction with the different levels of people she engaged with. She completed her tenure in the Sales/Marketing Department where she excelled in relationship building, recruiting, coordinating and managing projects in cross-functional and multicultural environments. Soma later joined Lee Hecht Harrison, the world's leading talent development and transition company, and was involved in every aspect of the business, from administrative operations to career consulting. With a keen eye for finding the right talent in her past roles, it was natural for her to transition into the Staffing/Recruiting industry. At various recruiting companies, Soma managed full life-cycle recruiting and developed recruiting strategies. She always gave her best to provide her customers the results they desired. Soma believes doing the right thing, having open and honest communication and understanding the business needs of customers along with a personal touch are key to any successful business!
